1. Data controller

2. Types of data collected

Account data: First name, last name, email address, login method (e.g. Google, Apple, Facebook), invoice details. We do not store full payment-card data — they are processed exclusively by Stripe.
Application data: Technical logs, support tickets, history of using application features.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

Conclusion and performance of a contract for the provision of electronic services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Fulfilment of accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Our legitimate interest — including handling enquiries, pursuing claims, ensuring security and developing the application (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data recipients (sub-processors)

To keep AthleteHub.pro running correctly we use trusted third parties to whom data may be disclosed:

Supabase — database infrastructure (PostgreSQL) and user authentication.
Stripe — payment and subscription processing.
Resend — transactional email (e.g. password reset, system notifications).
Google, Apple, Meta (Facebook) — when the User uses Single Sign-On (SSO). We guarantee that our processors meet the highest data-security standards and use Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA.

5. User rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
